Organization of News Ombudsmen

Founded in 1980, the Organization of News Ombudsmen is an international membership organization people in news organizations who handle complaints and attempts to find mutually satisfactory solutions. It maintains contact with news ombudsmen worldwide, and organizes annual conferences, held in a members city, for discussion of news practices a wide range of issues connected with ombudsman work.
